Soooooo dirty, I get that they are obviously terribly understaffed... But oh my god! Floors look like they haven't been mopped in weeks? Months? Urinals had nasty build up. Bathroom sinks looked like I'd be getting my hands dirtier by just being in the vacinity of them.

We have been here a few times now coming home from Montreal.Always need a whopper. I know there are so many Burger Kings, so you need to be better, not food, but rather have great customer service. As soon as we walked in the team came alert. They quickly took my order and then tagged team to bring my order item by item. The employee apologized that fries we going take an extra 30 seconds, because he wanted to make sure they're fresh.That's the little caring, pride in your work which makes this Burger King, the king.

My husband just went to pick up burgers. And they had no beef patties..... Only chicken and all the lights were closed. Friday night 6pm. So he came back with nothing. Very disappointed.

Never again .... went in for a quick lunch on Wednesday last week .... drive through closed, so went in .... employees not wearing uniforms .... strange smell ... dining area was filthy: Dirty floors and table tops, garbage cans overflowing, used trays stacking-up ... bucket of unwrapped straws on the counter ... ordered a Wopper with fries and a coke .... burger was tasteless, meat had questionable texture, lettuce wilting, must of been a 5 day old bun. ... fries were cold ..... in dire need of standards and renovation .... McDonald’s and Harvey’s nearby seemed much busier ..... For whom the bell tolls!!!

On my way back from Montreal airport, I used the drive-through services of this BurgerKing. Everything was crispy fresh. 10 out 10 for the staff at this location. By far my best experience at any BurgerKing in Canada.

Food was okay,fries were all over the bag, no napkons, service was terrible, my boyfriend was waiting to order and the guy just kept looking at him instead of taking his order. tables are dirty, garbages over flowing. Bathroom was even worse.

As far as travel fast food this place was great. Lots of staff working there and they were quick to prepare the food. I ordered some apple turnovers and they informed me that they would have to make some fresh, I agreed and the food came out in the time promised.The food it self was well prepared and it hit the spot for the short trip I was taking. I would definitely stop by this place again if I pass by it. The staff made the adjustments I request for the food as well.
