Suzy Shier

I wasn't a fan of the clothing at Suzy Shier before, but the clothing styles are alot of better! The prices and sales are amazing too.Not to mention the new staff management at this particular store are super friendly and helpful. One particular lady was able to help me in finding the perfect Christmas dress! I felt so welcomed and great about myself. I will DEFINTELY be returning to this store for future purchases!

This is the best Suzy Shier I've ever been to. I live in Ottawa and I always drive down to Belleville when I need to update my professional wardrobe. This specific location has the best selection and the kindest staff. Sharon was amazingly helpful with her suggestions and assistance. This store is truly top-tier.

My experience today was HORRIBLE! The sales person looked down upon me! Came across as snooty and that made me feel like I shouldn't shop there! if she paid attention, I was wearing a dress I bought there from last fall. She also did NOT reveal a policy change that its exchange only or store credit until AFTER sale was made; and said it was always their policy, I don't think so because I don't shop at stores with this policy. Last week I was followed around as though I MIGHT Steal something. LAST time I will shop here!Go to Eclipse two doors down, they were lovely!

I haven't shopped at Suzy in years. I didn't care for the colour palette or styles of clothes. I went in today cuz they had a beautiful floral print top in the window. I was amazed at the styles and colours for this summer season. They sales associates were very friendly and helpful. It was a great shopping experience. I had a lot of fun! I had no plans of buying anything today, and I left with a dress, several tops and a skirt!!! The prices were fabulous. I got 6 items for $200. AMAZING!!!!!

Great place for a small lady,as they always have the fashions for petite.This is a amazing place to shop for lots of variety of ladies fashion,the new colours of this summer's clothing are amazing,I would say a lot of them are very retro,great clothing ideas for both young and older ladies .The staff at Suzy Shier go above and beyond to find you what you need and even suggest items you would never have chosen yourself.. I was waiting on my boyfriend at an appointment and decided to shop around a couple of weeks ago. I came into this store and could feel the negative judgement on me right away. There was a blonde lady working that was snooty and looked me up and down like I was in the wrong place or something. When I browsed around choosing clothing and made my way to the back of the store, I was followed and watched like I was a criminal. When I went to check out, the lady looked at the clothing I chose, then looked me up and down again and clearly gave a look of disapproval or disgust. I am not sure which to be honest. She was rude when she checked me out like I was a bother to have to serve. Not one smile or nice thing to say from this woman my entire time there. I will never be back because of this. I literally felt awful about myself after leaving the store. Not a pleasant experience at all unfortunately

Every time I go in, there is different staff and service is declining. I use to go in and was greeted in a friendly manner immediately. The staff knew my name and what I liked. My last experience was my last! Love the clothes-stylish and affordable but service goes a long way and it just isn't happening at this location.
