We decided we wanted to do something a little more special for Halloween this year for a few friends so we placed an order for some candy apples a week in advance. A few days before we were to pick up the order we experienced a death in our family and things got very busy. I went out of town and my husband went to pick up the order, only to find that the order hadn't been passed on to anyone. After he left I got a call from the store apologizing and trying to work out a solution. They offered to provide me with a variety of apples at the same price point as I had ordered and then on top of that delivered the order so my husband wouldn't have to go back with three kids in tow! Awesome customer service to rectify the mistake and so far the apples have been a hit!

Very overpriced, and compared to other specialty shops have a very small selection of vegan/alternative choices. Also note their 'vegan' chocolate isn't actually vegan as I have a food allergy and my anaphylaxis reaction begs to differ. They label it as 'produced in a facility that also processes other allegens' but in this case there is serious contamination involved. Don't know what they consider an appropriate amount of risk but not acceptable by my standards.

I’ve ordered chocolate from here twice and it’s always amazing. They go above and beyond. When they were out of what I ordered they replaced it with something even better, who does that? I am so impressed and will continue to order from here whenever I need gifts in the future.

Good experience last time I went on the weekend especially if you get Noah and Josh to assist you. They’re pretty comical and know how to up-sale in a nice way.Their cookies are great but I did not enjoy the truffle bombs. Too overpowering. Brownie was okay. Marshmallow on a stick was great.

A delicious looking store full of all kinds of treats.Staff were super friendly and willing to help at any point in time. Located in Masonville Mall there are all kinds of stores around to make this a quick and simple stop.The treats are on the expensive side.#localguides

I contacted the store about candy apples to be done for Halloween weekend one week before hosting a Halloween dinner with my family and friends. I talked with someone on the phone about what type of Halloween monsters I would like to have. They agreed and said they would contact me if they had any problems or questions. They also mentioned I should change the day for pick up because there is a difference in the quality of decorators at the store (so I did). I received two calls requiring me to change my order because, they could not provide the Halloween characters requested (so I did). However, the last call the night before was to inform me they could not meet my need once again. Since this was the night before I had few options to choose from. One I accepted what they offered and use their services or two have no candy apples. I asked if there could be a discount, for the inconvenience, however I was told that the first person miss quoted me the price and that no further adjustments to price could be made. Even though I had been accommodating to their needs and not mine throughout my dealings with them.Though disappointed in the customer service I reminded them I had a tight deadline for running around before the dinner and to make sure they were packaged and ready for pick up at 10am when they open. The person confirmed this would be done. I came into the store, and this was not followed through with and had to wait. I unfortunately have lost trust in this store and company and any future events (big or small) and will not be using their services again.

They cut it up for us and everything! The cutting job was perfect, great customer service from Miguel and wonderful smiles, definitely recommend!!

The apples are out of this world! The customer service is great too. Everything is a weeee little bit pricey, BUT! YOU GET what you paid for.My only small con about the apples is how lemony they can be. . . Sometimes.
