CE Plumbing & Heating

Product malfunctioned in 6 months after purchasing. We were charged over $300 for a “possible fixed solution” and were told we would be charged again if they had to come back and try something else. I find it rather frustrating that someone will sell a product but not maintain it when it’s been less than 1 year. Clearly they don’t believe in the products they sell.

I have used CE twice for plumbing and HVAC service. Edrice and his team (Luke & Craig) were very professional and efficient. Edrice answered all of my questions and dealt with a well deal of understanding. The price was extremely fair. Would 100% highly recommend CE to who need pluming and heating service. Had my Furnace, AC and tankless water heater installed last week. Very happy with everything. The quality of work was exceptional. They were constantly cleaning throughout the process and finished ahead of schedule. After spending 20G's Im so relieved everything went well and very happy I chose CE.

Thank you for the excellent service. Our furnace stopped working the night of December 21st, 2023 the coldest night in Kelowna with temperatures of -22C or colder. We called CE plumbing and Heating first thing in the morning and we had their tech at our house by 11 AM. He did the trouble shooting and determined the board was shorting out. They sourced a new board, installed and checked it over and we had heat again. I appreciated the service, and the constant communication to keep us informed since this was an urgent issue. Great job. Will recommend and will use in the future.

Super happy with the service I received from CE Plumbing - Kyle and Shawn were able to come out and provide me with an estimate for the jobs I needed done within days of me calling - then Kyle was able to come the following week to install an outside hose bib on my house - work was completed professionally, promptly and with no mess afterwards! We had a leaky pipe in the house in a difficult place between walls and the only access was through a crawlspace.Craig performed serious contortion skills to get himself up and into the wall to perform the repairs while I passed him items through a hole in the wall.The 48-year-old 90 degree pipe had bent over time to more than 110 degrees and a pinhole leak had started (see picture).He was quick to get in and replace the pipe with modern pex.Great work and quick response!Pro tip: if you need work after 4pm you will get charged an additional fee for after hours... so if you can turn off the water and wait until the morning you'll save yourself a good chunk of change. We couldn't wait so we paid a premium.

We had an A/C breakdown and we’re thankful we called CE Plumbing as they were able to rectify the issue immediately.Shawn was an absolute pleasure to talk to and deal with. He gave me an honest assessment of our outdated furnace and A/C unit.It was well past it’s best days so we decided on a new unit and can’t wait for the install.I would highly recommend CE Plumbing as they were upfront ,honest and extremely efficient.Thank you again!
