I went in to get a balyage service done at this location, I got colorstylist Palveer. She had asked me if I had an idea or inspiration picture to show to give her an idea. I was very clear what I wanted exactly, but I guess she misunderstood me and didn't go exactly the 1st time around. I showed her pictures of hair that I wanted, specifically light brown/honey color. She told me we could try, but it won't be exactly like this, but it may come similar to the color I wanted. I told her not to go super light on the blonder side and not too dark. She agreed, and we proceeded. It took 2.5 hours with bleaching and toning, and while she styled, it looked very light, and I was anxious from there on. She told me that's what you wanted. I told her no, I asked for light brown/honey color. She told me it is silver/blond that I asked for, and I said that's not what I had asked. She went to tell the owner what happened. She said she can tone it down, but it will be extra. Usually, they charge more for toning, but they can make an exception for me. I told her there was a misunderstanding, but heck, I paid for it because at this point, I wasn't happy at all. In the end, it turned out the color I wanted, but my hair got very, very dry during this whole process. My shirt also got ruined from the back from the bleaching process, which I didn't see until I got home. Tip: Be very, very clear and precise when telling about what color you want, save your time. Palveer was excellent with me, but I couldn't give 4/5 stars due to how it all went down.

Best experience so far. I got my eyebrows done from jassy and she did a super brilliant job. She was so polite. Will definitely come here everytime I need to get my eyebrows done. It’s worth it.
