Appointment was on time, prices were laid out clearly. Making the appointment was easy, and after doing my own thorough research, not having to pay for a full consult fee was a nice option. I am fearful of needles after some bad childhood experiences, but the nurse was kind and gentle, describing everything she was doing and what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it all was and how sensitive to my fear she was. Will definitely return for my follow ups at this clinic.

I came here for a TB test needed for a job. It was not crowded on the Monday morning. 206 and 206A doors are separate but opens to the same lobby. Clean and good well versed staff. I filled out the forms and test was done fast and with well explained process.Downstairs is Subway and a good large well spaced Pharmacy. Opposite to the building is a Starbucks which was nice as I needed a coffee early morning. :-)Let’s see how it goes in my second visit when I pick up the results, but so far I had a good experience.

Nova Travel Clinic is an excellent experience. The info is current and professionally presented in a clear and concise manner. The convenience of having any necessary vaccinations available on site is great. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable.The surroundings are very clean and relaxing. An excellent clinic!

I am a seasoned traveller and it is always a pleasure to deal with the staff at this clinic. Paulina is so well informed about different countries, risks that could be present and what I need to know about the drugs I will need. The front counter personnel are warm and friendly and even though it might have been a while since I was last in, they invariably ask about my recent trip. This is the only clinic I will go to as the service is exceptional. Thank you to the entire team

Excellent experience at this travel clinic. We were given A LOT of information, which can be somewhat overwhelming, and hard to remember. Luckily, we didnt have to - a copy of all the information was emailed to us. The medical professional was very thorough, and although we are travelling to a high-risk" area of the world

Very well organized clinic, front staff were lovely and the prices are very fair for the detailed info you get. Nurse is very knowledgeable about travel medicine.My only criticism is that the door to the clinic room was left open during my appt in order to improve ventilation. As someone who works in healthcare, I would never speak to a patient with a door open - it’s just unprofessional when you’re discussing health history and doesn’t meet standard of care for privacy. When I brought this to the provider’s attention she did not seem to see why it was a problem, which surprised me.Overall, would recommend as good info and easily obtained prescriptions and vaccines.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. The nurse was outstanding. Knowledgeable, prepared ahead of time, efficient and her confidence left me feeling confident. The advice she provided was solid and left me with choices I was empowered to make. The materials and takeaways they gave me contained valuable information and were very professional. Well worth the small cost.
