Just love it when I can say something nice. Today was our 12 noon flu shot appointment. We were early and ‘in and out’ before noon.The lady servicing us had charm, patience, competence and efficiency.

My son got his 2nd covid shot (I was with him) at this pharmacy and they were laughing at his signature and acting like a bunch of kids. My sons a great human being and never complains but your staff and their ignorance has made him insecure. I come here a lot for my medication and the girls ARE VERY RUDE except for a couple of them. I never complain but after my son has been bullied and asking me is my signature ok mom" he pointed out the rudeness as well

A company of this size should have their act together. Online store hours listed as 9am-9pm Thursdays. Closed at 7pm leaving my father without his prescription which was not ready earlier in the day. Update: Received a response suggesting I call customer service if I have more to share. I am going to share that the store hours listed by Shoppers online remain incorrect.

After waiting about 10 minutes ( no other customers) , I asked if someone would help me .The man working behind the counter said I was rude and said he wouldn't serve me ! This people are Horrible ! Are we in a drug store or on the pub ?

Pharmacist woman with blond curly hair and with glasses super rude. She never wanna help !!!! if you ask her something she gives you dirty look. I wouldn’t spend any penny in this place anymore. It’s shame that ill people has to deal this kind of attitude.

Based on family's experience in dealing with the pharmacy and customer service. The pharmacy staff are HORRIBLE. Even if there's no one ahead of you in line, they never acknowledge you or stop talking to one another. Just worst customer service experience. Never smile, never say I'll just be a minute, NO we have to stand there and feel like we are putting them out in some way.Also have had ongoing issues with refilling prescriptions the latest being I almost walked away without my prescription till I insisted to speak to the pharmacist and low and behold my refills request WAS there. The doctors office put on the first page 1/2 but the technicians never looked for second page till the pharmacist told them to.Nowtoday have tried to call for a refill and their phone is not working---FOR HOURS!!!! Called another location and they tried calling and nope, the phone wasn't working. They told me to call the head office who called them and they agreed that the phone wasn't working. I was given my location's email address and I emailed them an hour ago and guess what??? The phone is STILL not working. I'm going to have all my prescriptions changed to a different location.

The staff here is usually friendly and the pharmacy is really great, they always make sure I'm getting the right stuff when I have a question! with the new online script auto fill program its made life a lot easier would definitely recomend coming to this location!

I ended up moving to another Shoppers Drug Mart in December due to an employee at the Rebecca pharmacy counter raging at customers including me. In general I was very satisfied with the service and interactions at that pharmacy. It took one person in a very bad mood to make me go to the other place and transfer my family's prescriptions.
