Various choice of different floors,High quality of the premium hardwood floors with fair price, We got the hardwood floor of maple acorn, very satisfied with the color and quality. They have good customer service and delivery service. Unlike other hardwood store will need 4-6 weeks to order and ship to here. I purchased Vinyl Plank flooring from Rick ( Owner ) on June 8th 2021. About a month once the floors were installed on certain boards they started to come up on the ends until they would break off. I notified Rick and he came to my house to inspect and blamed my installer. My installer even went to his showroom to speak with him, Rick insisted it was his fault.Rick did return to my house and said he would bring his installer and give me a price to re-do my floor. He said his installer would charge me $800 extra. Plus once Ricks installer started he requested an additional $200 from the price we agreed on. At this point I was tired of arguing as this has been going on for months. Ricks installer re-did the floor. Rick said if anything was to happen wait one month and then contact him. Never the less the same issues happened again. Rick has been ignoring me and won’t help me. I called Rick from a separate phone and he answered. Rick says that the floor looks better, and if it’s coming up I’m on my own to find someone. I have invested $4,300 into this floor when the sale price was $2,500 for 900 Sq Ft.I wish I was able to provide photos of the work that was done.I would like a full refund as the product is not held up to the quality I was told, or the lifetime warranty because no one will fix it.
