Excellent customer service! The pharmacy staff were pleasant and went above and beyond! Pharmacist REEM was incredible, very knowledgeable and had such a positive attitude. I wish that every pharmacy was as efficient, clean and competent as this one.

Polite and helpful staff. When my grandmother couldn't remember her prescription, the gentleman there was very understanding and offered to call her doctor to ask what it was. Thank you.

April 4, 2023 between 7:00-7:30pmPharmacy team customer service concern.I ask the pharmacist a question re certain medication. She seems to have no interest, did not stand up and approach the counter, mentioned the isle # where I can find the meds from her computer. The store is not busy at all and since I am unsure on what brand to get I approached the counter for the second time and the same behaviour was observed. Is that a good way to serve customers? I wonder how they will treat other members of the public?

I always use this pharmacy for my prescriptions. Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Today (9 March) they had a young lady at the pharmacy section (long black hair, very young, maybe an intern or trainee) getting prescriptions and delivering medicines. She had black dirt stuck under all her nails, I couldn't stop staring at them while she was putting my meds in the bag! That was very cringe worthy....just minimum basic personal hygiene for the person handling our meds please!!

Went today May 24th around 3:30 to pick up some medication. Unfortunately I missed her name, but the pharmacy assistant was very rude. I asked her twice if she could cash me out at the pharmacy. The first time she made an excuse that she didn't have to ring my medication through anyway so I should just go to the front. I asked her again, so you can't cash me out here?" and again she told me to go to the front to cash out and gave me no reason. Mind you I had only ONE item to buy

Nice, clean, well stocked and well located store. There are 2 handicap parking spots and plenty of free parking in the plaza. VERY busy pharmacy. This is not my regular pharmacy but I visited for a rapid antigen test and I was there for about 30 mins and noticed the pharmacy staff are very helpful and accommodating despite their busyness.I highly recommend to book online your appointments for COVID test or Vaccine as they are very busy and can plan accordingly.Great job team! Thank you for keeping us safe!

I wish I could give Shoppers Pharmacy at the Walkers & Dundas intersection (Farm Boy complex), Burlington zero stars. The lady in the pharmacy is least helpful, rather, outright rude. I went up to the pharmacy to get a baby formula per the pediatrician’s recommendation & rather than telling me that the supply was limited, she started arguing that my kid might develop an allergy to the formula, therefore, she would not give more than one. When I tried explaining that the one bottle that she was selling me would get over in a day & it was not feasible to come to the pharmacy every single day, she asked me to return the bottle that she had given me. Had it been something other than my baby’s food, I would have most certainly, returned it, considering the inhuman customer service received from the pharmacist. Pharmacists are supposed to help you get the right medication (baby formula in my case) & should level when they have a short supply rather than asking the customer to return something as essential as food for the baby. This kind of behavior is highly insensitive & inhuman & I can just hope that a brand like Shoppers will take necessary action to save their own stellar reputation. Unless, it’s an emergency, I would recommend against going to this location’s pharmacy!

Never using this pharmacy again. The staff explained to me the dosage exactly opposite to what was written in the instructions. The instructions said take in empty stomach, while the staff said I could take it anytime with no restrictions. Also, they charge the highest dispensing fee around, and its charged per medicine and not per prescription. I wish they would employ better trained staff.

Fantastic Pharmacy with Great Staff. All the pharmacists and technicians are so delightful to meet. They are truly an inspiration to all with their empathy and understanding towards patients.

I moved to the area and have been coming to this pharmacy for a few years now. Everyone in the pharmacy has been so helpful and caring. Ive gone in at various times over the yrs never waited longer than a couple minutes. Yes sometimes it looks obviously busy (with phones ringing and customers) and others it doesn’t but I don’t assume to know what goes on behind the counter. I’ve been to pharmacies with long pick up lines and it takes them forever to fill my meds. This pharmacy has the best service in Burlington!
