when we decided to do our fence we had to remove the old ones which had been damaged by a wind storm. I talked to Tom the owner to arrange for a bin but being it was a long weekend they dropped it to us on Friday morning and picked it up Tuesday morning. they were prompt and courtious . A pleasure to deal with . we would use them again if needed

Many years ago I was left with the task of clearing out my grandparents home after they has both passed. A very tedious job as they had been in their home for many many years.I came across this family run business and am so very grateful. Not once did Tom or Kris, or any family member/employee hesitate to help me. Quite often a bin would be dropped off and be filled just as quickly. The following week another bin, until the home was cleared (9 bins in total).It is because of the kindness & professionalism, that I never hesitate to recommend this business. They were there to supply what I needed.

We have used Load-N-Lift Several times now. Every Single Time I call, They are More than Extremely Helpful!! I get all of the information I need and my questions clearly answered in a friendly manner. The Delivery is Always on time! Our driveway is... complicated... Often if we have deliveries, drivers are upset by the driveway, which is not really in our control- BUT LOAD-N-LIFT IS AMAZING! The drivers are always positive and make sure it is in an approved location. I am never made to feel as if I am an inconvenience, which is wonderful customer service. Thank you Load-N-Lift!! I will continue to highly recommend you!! :)
