I have been coming here over the years for their wraps and their schwarma plates but it has changed since new year 2023 (possibly changed owners).There was a period where the chicken in the schwarma plate and the wrap is a bit drier than before and not seasoned as flavorful as before. This has significantly improved - the chicken is very tender and it's nicely seasoned. The potatoes and garlic sauce in the schwarma plate also have an improved flavor. The garlic sauce carries a creamy garlic flavor which goes well with the potatoes.They are an excellent deal if looking for a large tasty plate of food!

Never ordering from this place again- I have given them SO MANY CHANCES with cross contamination and very clear allergen info. Every time they send either dairy or gluten or both. This place needs to take food allergies more seriously. Very disappointing- train your staff better! (Picture is a pita bread aka the thing I’m severely allergic to….SITTING RIGHT ON MY FOOD)

We ordered beef shawarma and there is more cabbage than meat seriously that's why I paid $36for getting those funny cabbages. I do not recommended this place. Never ordering again..

We ordered from here for an office party. It was absolutely delicious, everyone loved it. They are VERY generous with the portions so we had a ton of left overs. wide variety of sauces, great sides, all of the meat was cooked perfectly. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I had an amazing experience at Jerusalem Shawarma! The customer service was truly exceptional. Despite being the last customers to arrive after their last call, they graciously prepared our food. To our surprise, they even treated us to complimentary tea and baklava. We were deeply appreciative of their generosity and attentiveness. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff for going above and beyond to make our visit memorable.

Compare to the portion/experience with the South Edmonton location I have had before. At about the same price, this is definitely smaller (~by 25%). Single use container/utensil was provided regardless of dine-in or to-go. Seem like different locations implement their own standard.

Been ordering from here countless times and never got bored of eating here. We always order family size. For the first few times, they gave plenty of purple cabbage(which we absolutely love) however as time passed, we gotten less and less. When we ask for extra and are willing to pay, still didn’t give us more. Also the chicken was getting drier and drier. Price also had gone up, we don’t complain but I need the quality of the food to stay. We will continue to eat here as it is our favorite mediterranean place.

Amazing food served with smile. The quantity was unbelievable and two of us ate in one dish. The staff was amazing and place was spic and span. You can’t ask for more. Keep up the good work fellows.
