Horrible! non-existent customer service, no pride of workmanship. Very proud of poor quality of work. Corners cut everywhere. Impossible to get anything fixed without a fight!

Winmar Cobourg was a pleasure to deal with, despite the unpleasurable circumstances. We had a second floor flood that damaged the main floor and basement. Their customer service, no matter time or day was excellent and were always open and honest through out the process. We never felt like we weren't a top priority for them, depsite their busy schedule. From the project managers to the technicians, they were polite and respectful of our time and home. I cannot recommend this team enough.
