Called the support number 2 times, no answer after waiting an hour both times, sent an email and a message to the Facebook page and haven't gotten any help, every time we have gone to the store they are out for service. We have had less internet the past few weeks than having it.

Unreliable. Over charge for their services (like double the price of any other place). Charge cell phone prices for overage on internet which is like triple anyone else. Only good thing to say is higher upload speed in the area but that only cause their the only provider in area specifically but again that's if the service is up as i said at beginning very unreliable

way to high price of Internet not with worth it because it seem like it always down the internet . it's so frustrating . we are trying support local business but not with type service we receive in this town . every time i have ask about issue i get no answers from them about the issue about the internet .

Cable and and internet down way too often and way too long!! Not happy with the provider or service AT ALL. Get with the times!!
