Bracebridge RONA

Staff were helpful and informative. The glabrous yard gentleman was courteous, helpful and funny. The service at the main door was a bit frustrating because when I called and followed the prompts, my call went to voice-mail but the staff member who came to the door promptly helped me.

So i called this Rona location, looking for a RED Uberhaus outdoor umbrella, gentleman I spoke to assured me I could purcase the RED floor model that they had in stock.I Drove 2 hours to purchase this umbrella and upon arrival noticed I had been duped for grey umbrella that I could have purchased from a different location.I was not offfered any appeasement or discounted price on the floor model and was even made to purchase New screws for it instead of the screws it should have come with.I feel I was taken advantage of with this business knowing the distance I was going for the item I wanted.Dont get me wrong i believe in paying for your items but I was misleaded and taken advantage of . I will never visit this location ever again nor will I recommend it to others

I would give them a lower score but can't. I have been there several times in the last couple of years and the service was terrible but they had what was needed. Nothing takes the cake on the latest. I have been waiting for a return call for the last 2 weeks, not expecting one now. Went and did my own leg work and found exactly what I needed at a box store in Toronto. It seems like they don't like cottagers. Will never buy nothing from them again!!

They may not have everything in stock but the staff are available, helpful & friendly. My last visit there for pegboard was a pleasure. Way better than the competition @ Home Depot who couldn't care less about their customers. Thank you.

I purchased a lot of material from this store and needed different invoices and deliveries. Mary and Rose did a great job organizing everything for me every time and I am super happy with the service that I received. Thank you

We can't thank Larry enough for his assistance when we had to change the design plans for a master bath renovation. He was courteous, understanding and more than helpful! Will be our first stop for supplies for our future reno's.

We had been recommended by a contractor friend to come here. I have dealt with Rona a number of times; all of our downstairs office and bathroom were purchased here. It has been over a month waiting on a quote for a window. We had called a number of times; I had been in 3 times, no follow up. I walked into another supplier, sat down, they quoted the window, I paid for it and ordered it within 15 minutes. Sorry...but I had to go with a company who wants my business.

Front counter staff very friendly and helpful. The owner however is a rude, obnoxious individual who has terrible customer service skills. He was belligerent, unhelpful and extremely rude to my wife and I when dealing with a particular problem we had.Such a shame that the other staff are let down by this person. I will avoid shopping here in future.

The Rona building looks like a castle. Rona is one of the best home improvement stores. A must visit for all your home improvement needs. The employees are very courteous. Just across Rona, there are beautiful walking trails and a waterfall. It's very beautiful in fall.
