We have just had a furnace and central air installed in our home with Comfort Shoppe. What can I say? In short the whole experience was so reassuring and comfortable. The installers were professional and excellent representatives for the company. We had oil previously and they removed furnace and tank cleanly and efficiently. They covered floors and carpets, cleaned up afterwards and left everything as if they had not been there. Their office has been cheerful and pleasantly answered all my questions whenever I called. I can confidently recommend this company to any friends and relatives.

A class act all the way. I live in a very big 150 year-old farmhouse and in the 35 years we have lived here it has always been a struggle keep comfortable on those punishingly cold days. Today it's minus 24 outside plus the wind and inside it's like a summer day. The Comfort Shoppe delivered on their promise. I trust them and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

We had a furnace installed early this morning (Feb 14 2023)The Comfort Shoppe provided an incredible customer experience. Scott and Emma were prompt with quotes, extremely patient with us while we made up our mind and had a million questions and were totally honest with us. It was this honesty which really spoke volumes to their character and their intent to only give the customer what they need and not upsell them. A friend of mine had her AC unit break down and needed replacement parts. A Comfort Shoppe Employee just happened to be working on another residents home when I decided to approach him to ask some routine troubleshooting questions. Not only did the Employee Answer my questions but even provided me with some tips on what the issue was and how to fix it myself. I was able to save my friend a lot of money and I truly appreciate the helpfulness he provided. Her AC is running smoothly now and I can 100% guarantee if there is a future issue with my AC or any of my friends that I will be recommending The Comfort Shoppe. A Good Samaritan if I have ever met one. Thank you.

We had some issues that were flagged by Enbridge. We called the Comfort Shoppe the next day and they were here very quickly to check it out. Gas lines were replaced quickly and professionally by Cory. I would recommend Comfort Shoppe to all my friends and family. Great job!

We recently had The Comfort Shoppe install a gas stove/fireplace in our home. The fellows who installed it were extremely professional and friendly. The job was done within a couple of hours and leaving no mess behind, we were left with a beautiful stove. We might add that the price was reasonable compared to other quotes that we obtained previously and the sales lady was very efficient and knowledgeable. We've used the services of The Comfort Shoppe twice since moving to the Oshawa area in January. The first time was to install a new furnace and just a few weeks ago we had a Central Air unit installed. We recently had this team repair our gas fireplace insert that dates back to the mid-80s. Corey, the technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Our insert is fixed. We highly recommend The Comfort Shoppe and specifically Corey.

Our 23 year old AC unit broke down the night before our flight to visit family. I sent an email that night and the next morning Emma was in email contact. Corey called and provided a quote and Emma scheduled the installation all before our flight departed in the afternoon. She booked installation for the morning after we returned. Great service! They also installed our first unit 23 years ago!
