Today I bought Pokemon cards for my daughter for the very first time, just a small foil pack with the small card booklet to hold all the cards. I just wanted to express the joy i got from watching my daughter open them up, and seeing that the really kind lady at this store gave her some of her own, just starter cards. Very first moment was the best one Becca. Thank you Becca you are truly great person.

I was honestly shocked by how great the staff are at this location. I'm used to something between meh and horrible from a visit to Gamestop but that was not the case here. Shawn went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. All around thumbs up

Great Staff, best gamestop in the city. They don't treat everyone like they are scalpers like some other locations, and are HONEST on the phone about supply. Great store the owner should be proud of his employees

The customer service has gone down hill at the Skyview Gamestop. I was in there yesterday and I was greeted by the young lady and that was the only interaction that I had from them. The guy that was working with her was talking with her and it seemed like her was trying to ask her out. I was in the store for about 20 minutes and I was not asked if I needed help. I did ask the guy a few questions and the only answer I got were one word. As I was dealing with the guy I noticed his name tag and his name is Matthew (from an earlier experience I know he is the Store Manager).
