I have followed Alex Costa to several different clinics over the years and am so excited that she has opened her own massage and acupuncture place. Alex provides a skilled, sensitive and effective massage. I recently got acupuncture as part of my massage treatment and have felt energized and migraine free since I saw her.The environment at Evolve is spacious, calm and clean. I would highly recommend Alex and her colleagues to any potential client looking for a massage or acupuncture in Barrie.

I have been getting regular massages for 20 years now and my sister recommended I go to Alex as she knows I like deep tissue massage. Well wow! I couldn’t be happier and I’m so happy I found an RMT that can identify my trigger points and areas of pain and work through them to help eliminate my knots and back pain. Alex provides a comfortable and calming atmosphere and I will definitely be recommending all my family and friends to go to her!

I have been seeing Alex for 2 years now and she is great! She identified areas that were causing pain that other RMTs failed to do. I am glad that I found her and would highly recommend.I have also seen Ying for accupuncture and had a great experience. Left with alot of knowledge and tips to improve concerns based on TCM. Definitely recommend seeing her.

Excellent massage Alexandrea!Had a 45 minute deep tissue massage and Alexandrea was wonderful- I have bad shoulder and neck muscle pains and knots due to a stroke, and she’s been able to work these out and relieve the pain immediately afterwards. The rooms are soothing and relaxing with very comfortable beds and relaxing music. The entire facility is very nice and clean.Would highly recommend Alexandrea for the massage!!Leslie
