Should not have the word precision" in their name as there is nothing precise about what they do. Package has been stuck inbound to delivery hub for days now and everytime I try contacting the company they don't reply. Genuinely the worst shipping experience I've had with a company. No idea why staples uses them."

No communication when trying to ship my package. Only Cryptic acronyms are used in their tracking info website.They attempted to deliver 3 times before returning the package at the store without telling me that there would be no more attempts.

Delivered an Item I order from Staples, they brought it up they didn't even bother ringing the doorbell. Come on in its original package in clear view.... not secure not protected from the rain. what the hell!

Looks like I am not the only person with the same issue. Ordered an item from Staples, and the delivery company did two delivery attempts already, both marked as “unable to deliver, customer is not at home”.Well, I am working from home, my phone number and the buzzer code are indicated directly in my shipping address information. No one even tried to call the buzzer or my cell.This is ridiculous, I have packages delivered by different companies on a regular basis and never had this issue before.

Staples has the information they delivered but is not true.They give false information about hours.They said they came in business hours, but they deliver part of the packages after 6pm. But recorded different in the tracking.And that they delivered today around 1pm but no one knocked the door or called me to the phone in the order (I go nothing! I lose something for a value of more than 130 dollars.I dont understand from where is the PRECISION in the name...

I ordered several items from Bureau en Gros using your service 3 days ago. I have been waiting 3 days and now told there is a delay at your end and need 2 more working days. It's Good Friday today and guess I won't get my package till sometime next week. Will pick up my items next time or buy elsewhere from a place with the budget for FedEx or Canada Post!

They didn’t even buzz or knock on the door. They put nobody was home to receive the order. They don’t leave a piece of paper either saying where you can pick your order up. I can’t find any contact info except for an email address. This delivery company is terrible. I will not be ordering anything online from Staples again. They don’t even deserve the 1 star you HAVE to put in order to write a review.
