I gave 3 starsAs I've observed and many places including subway.They don't change gloves.While prepping they go on touching trays from the floor, doors and handles etc... then return to finish assembling food. With the same gloves.On a good note most of the sandwich was good . I don't include Lettuce as I can taste the preserves in food.And the tables can be cleaned more often.

This is one of the few places in Prince Rupert which open early at 8 am so one can go there for breakfast. We could buy an egg sub but chose the foot long vegetarian sub and shared it between the two of us. Salads and Pizzas are also available. We had a tetra-pack juice instead of tea or coffee, and carried some Chocolate cookies for later. Service is good and friendly.

Best bowl of chili, slightly spicy hot, mmmm. I prefer to order my sandwich right in the store , that way your sandwich is made perfectly.

Walk in here to get my sub before my flight. Only two people in front of me, one half done and two people working. Fifteen minutes later, still haven't even got my topping put on my sub. Had to leave my sub behind as I was going to miss the bus to the airport. Make sure you have at least twenty minutes before you have to be anywhere if you order here.

absolutely terrible employees, they are all extremely rude, and nowhere close to professional. A customer service lesson or two could do these employees some good.
