I am a first time ebike buyer. I have been doing my homework on what is out there and available, prices, etc. Budget was a consideration, but I was looking to spend probably somewhere between 3-5k. I ended up leaving very shortly after arriving at the store. I did not like the condescending treatment from the sales person. I'll buy an ebike, but elsewhere.

Just purchased two E-bikes. The customer service was outstanding, the owners spent a great deal of time with us explaining the differences between E-bikes and answered all our questions. When we picked up our bikes they gave us a through run down on how to operate the bikes , made sure all adjustments were made for each of us and safety tips, i.e. using hydronic brakes.It was a pleasure to deal with the Scooteretti team and would highly recommend a visit to their store if you are planing to buy an E-bike.

Visited them today to get the front suspension of my ebike fixed , which I bought at this shop last year, fixed. Perfect service, everything done in one day. I'm very happy to have found a shop delivering a first class service for a reasonable price.

I had a great experience buying a Gazelle ebike here in April 2023. I was able to visit the store in person when shopping, and the sales person I spoke to was knowledgeable and very helpful. When I was ready to order the bike the process was very smooth, and the delivery (to another city in Ontario) was quick—and assembling the bike once it arrived was super straightforward, just attaching the pedals and straightening the handlebars! A very positive experience overall, I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for an ebike in Canada, whether or not you're local.

Just wanted to update the review below after four months and 1,100 kms on our Moustache bikes. Brought one of the bikes into Scooteretti for some minor warranty work yesterday.They had me in and out in an hour and even did a couple of other tweaks for free. The bikes have been outstanding, as has the service.RickMy wife and I purchased two electric Moustache bikes a few weeks ago from Scooteretti. Owners Crystal and Will were great. Crystal gave us lots of time and excellent advice on bike and gear choices. We're loving the quality of our new rides and touring the Ottawa trails.Rick and Susan

Picked up my new Gazelle eBike last week! So happy with the knowledgeable staff at Scooteretti. They explained everything about my bike's features in detail. Love the store, so clean, modern and well displayed items like helmets and other accessories. Got a great helmet and dog basket as well. My dog loves it!

Pre 2000, I commuted for more than a decade on a hybrid bike and wanted a quality ebike that would ride similar to a regular bike. Research pointed me to mid-drive ebikes. I pre-ordered the Kathmandu Pro 625 after visiting Scooteretti on a quiet winter day when Dan patiently showed me their various brands and precisely answered my endless questions. I was able to check out and sit on a number of their ebikes even though the weather precluded a test ride.I ordered in February, as soon as Scooteretti provided the likely arrival date (mid April). There was a minor factory shipment delay and I took delivery in late April. The delivery process reconfirmed the value of dealing with a respected locally owned company. I was contacted by Crystal as soon as the bike was ready and chose a delivery date and time. Although the store was busy dealing with other customers when I arrived, I was immediately taken to my bike which was prepped and ready to go. The mechanical components and the Bosch Smart System components were each well explained. We then bound the Bosch Smart System to the Flow app I had preinstalled on my phone and we checked that out. Subsequently, I was fitted to the bike. After they confirmed that all my questions were answered they provided assistance loading the ebike into my vehicle, including advice on how to do that correctly and easily.I rode 20 km after getting the bike home. The setup is perfect, and the power system is incredibly smooth and well tuned. Everything works as it should. I plan to spend a lot of the summer riding and enjoying this bike.Thanks to everyone at Scooteretti for bringing the Cube ebikes to my attention and for an exceptional purchasing and delivery experience. You fully deserve your excellent reputation.

Two weeks into riding my new 2020 R&M Nevo GT and really enjoying this bike! Discovering beautiful paths and trails in Gatineau-Ottawa.
