Although Rachel is my go-to every time, I had a hair emergency and she was booked up, so I had to step out of my comfort-zone and have someone else cut my hair. Shock horror! But it's ok; Jacqueline stepped in, stepped up and blew me away (metaphorically speaking of course) with an excellent style, almost identical to the service which Rachel performs on a regular basis. The atmosphere in the salon is always so light and cheery too. I am generally indifferent to having my hair cut but I actually look forward to my appointments at Signatures. You should too.

I've been coming to Signatures for years! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. Marisa and Cassandra did my hair and makeup for my wedding and they were so thorough and made sure I was happy with everything before the big day and the day of. Jessica gives the best massages and there are incredible promotions every month to take advantage of. Being a client at Signatures is like being part of the family!

Rebecca, is absolutely amazing! Truly talented and I am so glad to have met (hopefully) my forever colour and stylist!!! Love love love!!!

This salon is hands-down the friendliest, most relaxing and accommodating establishment I have ever had the pleasure of visiting, and I've been to many over the years. If you plan a visit, and I recommend that you do, don't be shy about taking a chance on their junior stylist, Rachel. Although not as experienced as other stylists, she definitely holds her own and has an impeccable attention to detail. I often restyle my hair the day after a visit to a salon, but no longer. Rachel has the ability to work with your natural style and turn it into something which looks great and is low-maintenance. I expect big things from her for all my subsequent visits. And so should you.

I was looking for a new hair salon and I have found the perfect one. Rachel has proven she has the talents and has fixed many issues with my hair from past botch jobs and given me great cuts and colour . I love the way her and Casandra collaborate on ideas. I have had so many compliments and highly recommend their salon as an affordable, caring, and talented salon.

What a delightful salon this is. I don't normally have time to write reviews, but I feel this little hidden gem is worth the effort. The staff (and customers) are so friendly and charming, I feel like I want my hair to grow faster so that I have an excuse to go back. Although the professionalism of all the staff here is second-to-none and the quality of their work is undeniable, I would recommend Rachel as my first choice; one of the most charming and talented stylists I have met yet. And the list is long.

I called and booked with Jacqueline and am so happy I did. She took the time to consult with me first and discuss what I was trying to achieve. Just so good - so talented and one of the most interesting people I’ve spoken to in quite a while! I am very happy with the results and so glad I found this salon. Pricing is transparent and she took the time to break down the services and an explanation of what she carried out. This is probably a first with my experience and so welcome. Truly a great gem of a salon.

I came across Signatures while looking for a new hair salon and I was not disappointed. They not only offer amazing hair services but so much more. The staff are so friendly and professional, everything is clean, their aesthetic is on point, the prices are just right and you cannot beat the quality! An overall incredible experience with great service. I never leave the salon without a smile on my face. Rachel is awesome! You can tell she has a true passion for what she does and she’s my go to stylist. 10/10 would recommend!!

Lovely staff and service! As someone with curly hair, it's difficult to find a stylist who knows what to do with it, and I am confident in recommending this salon to my fellow curly girls. I have been coming to this salon for years and am never disappointed with the results. Love it!

Delightfully surprised by the talent and professionalism at this St Catharines salon. Since moving from the city to St Kitts, I wasn't able to find a stylist that understood my hair. Well all that's changed! I came in with a tired look and left with a fabulous cut/color at a reasonable price. Jacqueline is both skilled and friendly. Two characteristics that make for a brilliant hair stylist.
