Cost Cutters

Workers are very nice and polite but they are ALWAYS put of products. I go in there every week and still, no products. I have been trying to get this same shampoo and leave in conditioner for 3 months and still, nothing. The shelves are always empty! It's not the workers faults. They get what is delivered to them. The bad part is, there is no way of ordering online. I have been having to use substitutes but that doesn't go well, especially when you have this one certain product that does really good on your hair. Why is there such a hold up on this? Why isn't it being delivered? Certainly there is something someone who works there can do to get the attention of the higher ups and tell them to please step up their game! This is ridiculous! So know I am still using substitutes and hoping for the best until the real products come in if they ever do. Certainly the company would not want to walk in and see their shelves empty all the time.

I booked appointments that were both confirmed one at 1030 and one at 1130. These were for kids haircuts that take 15 minutes tops. I received a call saying they only received one appointment at 11 (not even a time a made an appointment for). They said they could only do 1 at 1030, now my kids were getting cuts for spring break and are devestated that they won’t be able to get haircuts. They didn’t offer a second time, say they could squeeze both in, offer a discount or do anything to work with us when it was their business mistake. Absolutely do not go here!!!

My son has crazy cowlicks on the back of his head and you can't cut it too short. This is the first place I've brought him to and they actually listened to me and his hair wasn't too short in the back. Will definitely come here from now on.

Jackie has been my hairdresser for 17 years she is always great!

My stylist was Laura. She did a beautiful job coloring and styling my hair. She took her time and was nice. She did exactly what I asked for. My blowout and flat iron style was one of the best I’ve ever had. It lasted 5 days.Highly recommend her or Jackie. I have been to Jackie in the past.

With over an hour and fifteen minutes left - showing a 0 minute wait - they would not accommodate a walk in. One employee was giving a perm and was booked until closing - but the other one was simply sitting around on her cell phone. This was the one who stated that she would be unable to accommodate the walk in.

Worst $20 haircut of my life. Jana was the stylist" that cut my hair. I asked for a simple medium fade in a military town. It looks like she shaved my head halfway up and forgot what she was doing. On top of the fade looking awful

I went in for a shampoo and hair cut. During the shampoo the woman shared with me, she had recovered from Covid, two to three weeks prior, to the day, I went there. I asked if she was vaccinated, she replied, No and she had no mask on, so I left with my hair, wet and uncombed. The salon by Target 10th Ave South.
