She went the extra mile in transferring my data, answering all my questions and providing me with some additional accessories, which exceeded my expectations. After being misguided by support on the phone I'm happy I chose to come to this location for help on my SIM issue. Vicky very quickly figured out what was going on and that I did not actually need what phone support had stated. She had me try a couple things on my phone and had me sorted in under 10 minutes. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, came in frustrated and left ecstatic to have my issue fixed. Highly recommend this location & Vicky.

Vicky was exceptional and great customer service. I was given a bit of a run around at another rogers store regarding an apple care request and came to this and she helped me seamlessly with the process and got me sorted out.

This weekend, I visited your store. And I was attended by Gurjit Kaur. I had many questions regarding my plan. Everything was answered in a professional way. On the top of that, she suggested me to change my network provider so that I can save more. I did that and would be saving $3 per month. I would like to express my thanks to the manager who chose such type of good employees.Thanks Gurjit.

I recently (Keith) upgraded my phone. I am not technically adept and truly appreciated the time and effort that Kanika and Vicky provided to get my new iPhone programmed and running. This included transferring pictures and contact information from a very old cellular phone. Excellent personalized service! I also had a few follow up questions and they were able to help me with a phone call as well. Thank-you very much... Keith
