Really appreciated the experience I had with Gateway Toyota. Ali, the salesman, was very helpful in guiding me through the process. I had to wait for my RAV4 because of the demand, but Ali was courteous in keeping me updated. Highly recommended!Also, I also really appreciated John Hamden, the director of finance, in helping me sort out all the concerns I had. He couldn’t have been more of a pleasure to deal with. In fact, I had referred my brother as well to this location to purchase his vehicle. Really professional!

The process of buying and transferring the car I bought from them were so smooth and healthy.New Comment:I am adding an important point at this time here (which might be of your interest too).When I was financing my car at Gateway, I was suggested to go with Credit Union which was 0.4% less than Toyota finance rate but the problem is that now that I was going to get a Lexus NX Plug-in (on a waiting list), I've been informed that I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR 1.5% LOYALTY DISCOUNT because the Toyota owners are not necessarily eligible for such a loyalty discount, only the Toyota owners who have finance with Toyota.I was expecting that the finance people of Gateway informed me about this issue so I could go with Toyota finance.I am a bit disappointed, so I dropped one star from my review.

Brought my vehicle in due to an airbag recall. Whoever swapped out the airbag must have used a spork because they left a 4 inch gouge in my dash. How can you claim to be a professional vehicle service shop when your vehicle is returned looking like this. Absolutely 100% unimpressed.

The sales staff are the best you will deal with. They are knowledgeable and provide realistic expectations. The finance team does not add any additional pressure to your sale. Incredible experience from the moment you open the front door to driving off the lot with your new vehicle.

I had a good vehicle purchase experience with transparent and respectful communication from my sales rep Mario. The process was pretty smooth and much less abrasive than other vehicle purchase experiences. Also had a great overview of all the features in the vehicle from Adonis when it was ready for pickup.

Bonnie, who was very kind and friendly, assisted me when I dropped my car in for a wheel alignment. The next day, I picked up the car, and it was still pulling to the left. I called Gateway Toyota and they fixed my car just how I wanted it. I am really satisfied with the service I received.I should mention that anytime I take my car in for service, it is thoroughly washed. Love it.
