My original review was deleted or has been shadowbannedSo here is the original and I will be adding some context.I was asked by some friends to attend a fun shoot at this club and after trying to make amends my wife and I were verbally attacked further. Our character was called into question, the groundskeeper Merlin lied through his teeth and this was all done in front of the President.Please read the original review and the one from Martin pruis you will start to understand what is going on thereOriginal Post:I was going to join the club this April. I had shot here a few time under invitation from the grounds keeper Merlin.On March 14th 2020. Merlin and I were having a conversation while at the club and I expressed an opinion that he did not agree with.His reaction to my opinion was terrible. He stormed off cursing me out the whole way. I tried to speak with him rationally at his car and he wouldn't have it.as he was leaving I asked him kindly to leave the gate unlocked as I was going to pack up and leave right behind and the code he gave me didn't seem to work for me.He locked that gate and I had to pull the gate up out of the polls to get out in which I replaced once I was out.This an absolute terrible response to someone's opinion and because of it I wont be joining this club if Merlin is the representative of it.I believe in open discussion of idea's, and civil discourse.I was told I'm evil and I hate the poor because I am a business man and I believe in free market capitalism.this comment was well within the vein of our conversation and I was personally attacked and disparaged for it.I believe archery is a place for all people of all Faith's, beliefs, and backgrounds can enjoy.Sorry but I can not join this club knowing this is how its members could be treated

Had a similar experience to what Brandon had with the groundskeeper. There’s no merit going into detail but I can give some advice when you decide to become a member here.If you want a beautiful place to go shoot outdoors this place would be it, they have standing targets at set yardage setup accompanied by a 3D course that would take a couple hours to finish. The one star I’m giving is based solely on the experience of being accosted by the grounds keeper.When paying cash, make sure you get a receipt. I would recommend getting a receipt right away just to prove what you paid. Also make sure you read through the membership form just to educate yourself. The fine print may save you some time and money.At the request of a refund you can expect this; 1 , portion of the membership will go to the landlord, in this case the landlords are the Mennonites that own the land, there’s nothing contract you sign that states you won’t get the portion of your fees back 2: portion of the membership goes to the archery association 3: portion of your membership will go to facility use 4: you will have to make multiple calls , admittedly this whole process frustrated me. I wasn’t given a breakdown of what I would receive for a refund until I received it which I disputed further.

Great club! Beautiful setting and friendly people!! Highly recommended!!

Visiting Ontario 3D archery sites this year for my love of 3D and as a therapeutic environment for health issues. Wonderful day May 27 for a tournament. Welcomed with introduction to well designed course. Great friendship with group. Look forward to returning in June. Thank you Merlin for your on the spot lessons about the natural surroundings of flora and fauna.

Awesome place to practice bow shooting. There are more than 20 targets in various animal shapes and elevations.Family friendly as there are kids targets.Sometimes, nice things are hidden!
