Absolutely love my service. Signal almost never drops. Any problems it's so easy to get in touch to help. Chat and Emails are replied to promptly. Now they offer cell service and I am saving a bundle of money. I recommend to all my friends.

We’ve been with them for almost 2 years now, they’re usually pretty good but I’m very upset with their customer service and their excuses they make.Called Wednesday (it’s now Saturday) about how when the storm happened our power went out and the internet never came back on. We’ve been in contact with them SINCE then, and all they’ve done is ask us to “reset the modem” and to tell them what lights appear, they didn’t even reset it on their end until Friday!!! They’ve said everyday “we have gotten in contact with the vendor and we’ll have someone come out to you the following day” (so it was Thursday, Friday, supposed to be today!! (Saturday) and now not again until tomorrow) it’s been 4 days of them saying they’ll come and they never show up or have excuses. They’ve said everyday that they’ll send someone, waiting on vendor; different answers/excuses every single time that don’t even add up or make sense. “We don’t have an apt for today so it’ll have to be tomorrow” even when they said that someone was coming. HORRIBLE customer service. They’ve said this every day. It’s at the point where we’re just going to cancel - It’s a waste of time to even call them. Don’t waste your time on excuses.

I have been with them 4 years on and off and not only do they answer the phone in person within a minute...they always fix any issue swiftly. Randall in tech support today did an incredible job of of walking me through a connection problem. This is also a very affordable alternate internet solution. I pay 67.50 for a monthly servicethat might be much higher elsewhere .very impressed

Fastest internet in Nova Scotia that doesn't break the bank. Customer Service is great. They call when the modem is on the way, and call after it's received to make sure everything is working properly.Thank you Eyesurf!

I had a great experience today, I got all my questions answered and am just checking out the tv portion and what it entails before making my final decision.

Been using eyesurf for years. Service has been stable and as good as advertised. customer care has always been timely and helpful the few times I have needed them.

If you're looking for an affordable and reliable internet service provider, this is it! SO much cheaper than the big guys and excellent customer service as well. I love that the modem/router is included when you sign up as well. It's really a no-brainer if you ask me.

Great customer service and a solid internet connection. Phone service is great too, especially for the price, very clear. Been with them for over 4 years in Nova Scotia and there hasn’t been many outages and any I have had were related to the provider that leases the lines to Eyesurf so I would have had an outage with them too. Would be nice to have 24/7 support but considering what I used to get for support from the bigger names it isn’t really an issue.

Eyesurf Corp sales and service over the many years has always been there when needed... especially in Troubleshooting some problems...that weren't their theirs. Never having to wait for a real live person that understands and resolves an issue.
