Bearspaw Pre-School Society

Both of my children attend Bearspaw Preschool (one in the 3 year program and one in the 4 year), it's been our first year and it's been a fantastic experience. The teaching staff is incredible quality, and the access to the large gym and participation in the heralded 'bike day' is unmatched. Each morning the kids ask me whose turn it is to go, and they return chatting about the new song, or new letter or shape they've learned. Can't recommend it enough.

What a wonderful school! The teachers are amazing and kind and my daughter loves it there. The building and all it offers is just a bonus as well.

Quite honestly one of the best programs in NW Calgary. The teachers are compassionate and educated and take the time to meet every childs needs. They layer in learning through fun activities and even have a full sized gym that the kids get to use daily. I recommend this preschool to anyone in the area!

This preschool has been an amazing experience for my son. They go above and beyond with special guests, field trips & a full gym for games and biking. My son looks forward to each school day and loves his classmates and teachers. I believe it has set him up for an easy transition to kindergarten and has started his educational journey on such a positive path.

Both our children are attending the preschool this year and the program is amazing. The teachers are great with the children and there is never a day that my kids don’t want to go to school. The full size gym is an added bonus with bike day each week being a favourite day in our house!

Amazing preschool! Teachers are wonderful and the daily gym time is a life saver during the cold winter months. My daughter has really thrived in Mrs Corey’s class. She went from a shy quiet girl to a confident leader. Would highly recommend this preschool!

By far the best preschool in the area. The class rooms are well equipped and the program is great. The teachers are very caring and intuitive to their students needs. The class sizes are good and I have never felt that my child’s needs aren’t being met. I love that there is a full size gym that the children get to use every day as well as a play park on the warmer days of the year. The field trips are wonderful and the special visitors year round are a bonus. The preschool is extremely well organised I never feel out of the loop and we love that you can really get involved with your child time there; from class room volunteering, attending art galas, to helping out on the board. I would and do often reccomend this preschool and will be sad to say goodbye to our time here when my youngest moves on to kindergarten.

Incredible preschool and junior kindergarten. Both my kids are currently attending and they love it. The curriculum is engaging, creative and fun. My kids are learning so much, it’s amazing. The teachers are so wonderful, they truly go above and beyond for their classes. I would recommend this program to anyone!

This has been a great preschool for my son and helped to prepare him well for kindergarten. He loved the use of the full size gym and the great field trips that were planned. Very colourful and organized learning environment.
