I am more than happy giving business to Lockdown Security in Markham location. It is easy to find and a clean environment.Most of all the customer service is spectacular. Mr. Sal who had installed my Dash Cam was very knowledgeable and kind. I called him Dr. Sal!Mr. Titus at the front desk was also very professional and helpful.I highly recommend this place.

Excellent work and customer service. I had a 2-way alarm with remote start installed this week. I was nervous about it because the car is new but the install was clean and everything works as expected. Sal showed me how everything worked once he was done with the installation and answered any questions I had. The whole process was smooth and transparent and everyone I interacted with was nice and professional.

One of the best places to buy a Dashcams and have them installed . I purchased a Thinkware U3000 2 ch model for my Subaru Outback (Eyesight) and the cameras were excellently installed. Kudos to the team at Lockdown

Although this is my first review of Lockdown, I have had them twice working on my two cars, first one was a rear dash cam installation on a VW GTI and second time was a dual-channel digital rear mirror installation on a Honda Odyssey . Full disclosure I did not purchase any equipment from them, I only hired them to do installation. When I reached out to them for a quote/scope of work, they are very quick to response both by email or phone; They were able to schedule me in within a day or two. Front desk sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention both times they did a fantastic job in the installation itself; all the wires are hidden tidily and seamlessly. You know, I could have saved myself $160 to do these myself, but no where near close I would have done the same quality work myself. In all honesty, their pricing is quite competitive in comparison to other places that I saw online or received quotation from. I'll definitely hire them again.

Great experience at Lockdown Security.Excellent communication with arranging the appointment and what is included - and the installation was professional and even better than the manufacturers recommendation. Wires were hidden and hard wired so it looks like a factory install and not after market. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

On -05-03 2023 I took my dodge ram 1500 in too get a subwoofer installed They knocked it outa the park the staff and installer did an amazing job It was what my truck was missing it now sounds 10/10 not a lot of bass but just enough I would recommend them too anyone looking at car audio As they went above and beyond too make me a happy customer. If I ever need anything I will be returning

I was referred here by a friend and am glad I trusted Lockdown with my car. I had previously received a quote from the Toyota dealer for $1700 to replace wiring harness and speakers for a Bluetooth issue. Jeff and his team replaced 2 small corroded plugs and charged me an hour labour which resolved the issue. Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future. So relieved to have a quick fix, thank you so much!
