Clera Windows + Doors Stratford

We had Clera replace three exterior doors and three windows this summer/fall and couldn't be happier with them! We got multiple quotes from different companies and after speaking with Cassandra, really felt we were in the best hands with her. She took the time to explain everything (which was so great given that we are first time homeowners) and was thorough, trustworthy, and professional. Our installer, Jeff, did a fantastic job and went above and beyond, removing a piece of stained glass from the old door for us before disposing of the rest. I'd recommend them over and over again, and plan to use them for the few remaining windows we need done.

Our window installers, were outstanding. Kept us informed of their progress. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for their work ethic and skill set.

This is the second time we've had Clera Windows do work for us. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Very professional and detailed. We knew what to expect and when. Cassandra was prompt, courteous and kept the job site clean and did what she said she would do!

Very responsive! The communication went smoothly from getting the quote to finishing the job... The window got here 2 weeks early so they sent someone in the very next day to replaced it. Friendly installers got here on time (early)They worked fast and efficient!I forgot to ask them about the promo but even without the promo I think h we the price is fair and lower than many other companies. From the initial meeting with Cassandra we felt we had chosen the right company! She was happy to take the time to explain our options providing us with all of the information we needed to make the right choices. The front and rear doors were installed with no issues and look fantastic. The front fibreglass door and side light are beautiful!!! The install was seamless and professional, clean and tidy.

We've already left a review here, but I just had to add another! I had some trouble removing the sleeve from one of my new windows so I could swap in an air conditioner sleeve (this happened months after the original installation, so Clera Windows' job was long done). I called Roger for help and he came personally to show me how to remove the sleeve and fixed what I had completely messed up. They stand behind their products and support their customers. We were very happy with the entire experience with Clera Windows and Doors. Wendy, was always friendly on the phone. Jeff who installed our windows was meticulous and professional. He cleaned up periodically, as he worked and cleaned up when completed. Roger, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The quality of the windows is exceptional. No more, drafts !! I had Clera replace all my doors and windows last year. They were very professional and efficient with installation and repairing some rot around 1 window and door. This year, I had a minor problem with the weatherstripping around my main door. They replied promptly and had a technician come fix the problem within 24 hours.
