I'm the owner of wraptors Vaughan and I love James who works at ND graphics. never mess up an order and knows exactly what I'm saying all the time. he even picks up the phone at 5pm on the dot when they are already closed.we need more people like him in this world.

Their pick up window hours are not consumer friendly .

Was having a problem getting the right product on time and Chris at ND went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed and made sure to tell me when it was not an option due to the time constraints of my jobs. He has been honest with me and it makes the ability to do what I do much easier!

I have only been working with ND Graphics for about 6 months and I have only ever had the best quality of customer service possible from their account reps! They are friendly, knowledgeable and always looking out for new products that I might be in the market to add to my business. 5 stars isn't enough!

Was able to get 3m vinyl ordered and picked up within just 2 hours. Amazing service. Will be purchasing again

Been buying from ND graphics for About 2 years now and have been dealing with Cristin Mcneely which has been placing the orders for me. She is by far the worst person to deal with/communicate with/ to get a straight story out of. Worst customer service by far from her specifically. But everyone else there is great. Just her. I've placed so many orders there and almost every single order - some go through fine, and majority dont. And when I bring it up, all I get is excuses from her and I'm fed up. And very disappointed.I would want to deal with someone else when placing orders in the future.

Don't expect customer service after they take your money.

Archaic ordering and customer enrollment processes, no user friendly web store

So initially i decided to switch over to them first order went well, until i was told products back ordered will not be charged to my cc until in stock. Low behold my cc was charged( not that its an issue) but if you tell a customer one thing do not go and do the opposite. Second was when the communication ball was dropped and no follow up done. I decided it was time to wrap it up with them and i did so. Few months go by and a mutual acquaintance tells me they were shocked with my experience they've never had that issue at all.I try once again, and this time much better and on the ball, very responsive and getting things done, but DROPPED THE BALL AGAIN. I emailed a credit app on June 16,2020 since it was deleted with my old account and since then i did not hear back from anyone. I emailed on August 17,2020 and was advised they are getting an update from accounting.9 days later still no response, i got to follow up with them to take my money, should it not be the other way around? Where has the customer service gone these days, and when you raise a concern and offer feedback" on how to improve it no one listens."

Amazing customer service. Best experience I've had dealing with a print supply company period. Everyone I've spoken to so far has been so helpful. Excited to do more business with them.
