Food is awesome..The ambience is good too..Though the staff can work a bit on the cleanliness.. Everything's sanitized properly and maintained well, but must be due to the busy times, it can be handled well. Washrooms are clean tooKids menu is also present, and the staff is accomodating.-1 for the recent experience. Served food in plastic bags.. Rainy season, understandable, could work better on packaging..Overall: 4/5

Manager is over-smart I got my burger with rotten patty when I asked manager she makes excuses and refuses to make new burger and I asked for owner number she does not give it poor management and staff

This location also gets 3 Fs. Fast, fresh, friendly. Way better than the Cambridge Hespeler road location. The pickles were still crunchy and steaming (not soggy), the chicken breast was juicy and perfectly grilled. Fresh fries and onion rings. Just the perfect Harvey’s experience. And we ALWAYS get the chipotle mayo to dip, ALWAYS.

For the most part - I have no issues with this location. Always fast and friendly and accurate. The one item I always struggle with is ice in my drinks. I like my ice! LOL. But it seems I get very few ice cubes in my drinks every time I go to this location. Even when I have specifically asked, can I get a large diet Pepsi with a bit of EXTRA ice?" I still get maybe 5 ice cubes floating at the top. So then I go inside

Friendly staff, good food, fast service.I go to this Harvey's once or twice a month and every time I go, the experience is efficient and my order is correct. I downloaded the app recently and have begun using their discount codes to save money as well (not to mention save time on my order pick up).

There was one worker who was very helpful. Kovsek does not hold back on the toppings and gives plenty, he should deserve a raise in my opinion. I will be coming back to this location just for the service he gave me.

I visited harvey’s drive thru yesterday morning staff was very friendly and Parminder greeted me with a brightest smile and service was very fast, food was also delicious, we will come back again for sure!!
