Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I used to go here all the time on my way to or from work to fill up or wash my car. In the past year its really seemed to decline..Particularly in regards to service in the evening. I don't remember his name but there is a man there that is quite rude. He has told me a few times that it is annoying when we pay with small cash (like $5 bills). I also got a car wash a few days ago and there was little to no soap and my car was still soaked once it was out of the wash. When I complained he said the car was 'too cold', but i had gotten one in the fall as well and he said it was 'too warm' which seem ridiculous to me.The cleanliness has also declined as of late in regards to the floor.While I will still go to Petro gas stations this is one I will avoid when possible.

The car wash is always out of service. The 90 day car wash card is a waste of money. The last month includung today i have driven there five times to fund out the car wash is no working

Went through car wash and one of the brushes wasn’t working. I advised the clerk inside and he issued me a 24hr rewash ticket that he said could be used at other washes. I went to use it at the upper middle walkers location and it didn’t work. Clerk at that station said that it had already been used and there were no washes on it. Of course he could make a customer service decision to deal with it.

Prices here tend to be on the upper end of the spectrum here due to being beside the highway. The Glide wash is alright... Trackless + touch but it's rather short and the setup leaves a bit to be desired. Dryer in specific.

Stop and say hello to Staff. 420 very friendly and customer service oriented. Even when we have moved out of that area I still stop by to say hello

This location has the worst carwash. They have the least amount of soap I have ever seen. We have had the carwash pass for the last 5 years in a row and gone to many different locations that have ample soap suds to wash your car.....but not this location. Unfortunately this location is conveinent but I may consider going elsewhere. We have complained before and the employees just shrug and act like it is not their problem. I have formally complained to the head office as well, perhaps they will care enough to fix the poor quality car wash problem.....or risk having more bad reviews.

I'll never understand why people buy gas here it is ALWAYS ridiculously over priced. Drive north over the highway and get 5c(or more) less per liter.The vacuums are a joke. No suction on the middle super" vacuum.I only pop in for bottles of drinks and snacks."

This was in my top 5 gas station until today May 3 8:20pm the guy at the counter was extremely rude because I scanned my points card myself he said my company name Aaction towin because I have a shirt and ask if that pays minimum wage very impolitely and by the way I work CAA and average 21$ an hour and I work 12 hours a day no expenses you do the math and I will definitely be taking my 200$ a day fuel purchase somwhere else for the next couple months!!!

From a stage where a “Near Complete Unfriendly Old Man” who for many years continued to frustrate customers with his rude - unfriendly uncouth Behavior, we now have a great customer friendly staff for the last many months.In those months, if receipts do not print at the kiosk, it would be “weather”, if stocks are not available “ask head office”, not to forget he is “not available” while praying although there’s just “one person on the job”!A station with adequately stocked store, a terrific fully automated washing service & Gas dispenser has an Auto filler with a clip.Things are surely getting better at this station.

I decided to stop on my way to my kids dentist appointment and get a wash...I didn't have time to stop and check but THIS is what I came out to...AND when I called the guy told me he is busy and doesn't have time to help me. What a great CSR!!! Ugh.
