Don’t pay with cash at their self checkout machines. The machine eats your money and then the security guard just tells you that you are wrong because machines are never wrong. Not the first machine to eat money and not the last. Machines are not infallible. I wasn’t expecting to get the 25c back but it would be nice not to be taken as a liar.Also they don’t honour their own price tags. So don’t believe what it says on the item because that might not be the price.

I was here for a conference and stopped into the Dollarama to pick up snacks and drinks for our hotel rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was the first time I have seen a self serve check out in a Dollarama.

I got there close to closing but they wouldn’t let me in. I knew exactly what i wanted and told them. I had 4 minutes to walk to the aisle get my item and walk to pay for it, plenty of time. Very frustrating

Every time I go to this Dollarama location, there's always something dumb going on either in the store or outside. The outside of the store is quite dirty.

Ignorant staff, obnoxious stereotyping security staff.Basically the store has changed and it has become nearly impossible to find anything that is even close to a dollar. 3.75$- 5$ is the average cost
