Delta promised us to fulfill certain tasks and included that in the contract then totally forgot about it and as opposed to apologizing for the time they waisted us now they want us to pay for extra changes they incurred because they didn't do it in the first place. Management avoid listening to their clients. A company with such governance environment will certainly fail.
