Owner and employees need to be put through human etiquette and interactions 101. Will prove valuable when interacting with customers, not so much the carcasses.This business won't last at this level of customer service...

Pathetic service. The owner is very rude. He is always in a hurry, won't even listen to your order carefully and later on handover you the wrong order and blame you for it. I was given pathetically cut chicken, apart from the two leg pieces the rest was bite size and had many small broken bone pieces in it. I don't even want to give him one star but it doesn't let you. Would never recommend it to anybody

My go to butcher. The quality of the meat is top notch and customer service is marvelous. Shah is a generous person, both in spirit and actions. Very honest, humble and friendly. I have lived in the area for a decade and after trying many butchers, I finally found the one that has both the quality and price that can't be beat. One time when I took my kid along, who loves bone marrow, they threw in extra for no charge. That is just one of many times Shah has shown his generosity and love for his customers. Never disappoints, maintaining the standards through the pandemic!

We have been going to Shah Halal for years now and have only had great experiences. We've had amazing brisket, fillet mignon, chuck, various steak cuts, and chicken, and have never been disappointed. We have had great customer service, and the prices very reasonable compared to what you'd find at grocery stores or Costco. Highly recommended,.

We have been going to shah halal ever since they took ownership but now yesterday was my last visit.Multiple time we ignored small issues like mix up orders and etc but two weeks back we got the chicken which was rotten and we called. And i paid the visit to the store and one of their employee was rude and other guy apologized. We moved on but this morning shah himself called to complain that we are not nice to his employee. I informed to review his camera recording with voice to see what was said. I did not appreciate him calling 9 am on Sunday to inform that we are wrong to complain about rotten meat. Not only that he acknowledged that there was an issue of rotten meat as someone else also complained but also rude about calling complaining about our visit to his store. The meat could have made someone very sick.I am now reporting to Health Canada and BBBFortunately i have voice recording of his conversation acknowledging the meat issue.*UPDATE*Saw your reply down.. please at-least be honest if you cannot be customer oriented. We have not been back nor will we ever return to your establishment. It is interesting looking at your reviews and responses that you seem to be always right whereas you customers are always wrong!

Had a very bad experience here,incharge was rude and handed over wrong order though there were only 2 customers before.we came back from home to return the wrong order but for that he never excused but he misbehaved and refused to pay back on returning the order.The misbehaviour of incharge was reported to the owner who excused and said to see the matter.

I had a great experience here. Good customer service and fresh choices of everything in their display.

It has been few years since I bought meat from here. When I read Response from owner to some of the customer reviews, it is not encouraging. If you are owner and reading this. Please stop using UPPER CASE in your responses. it means shouting. Absorb both positive & negative feedback from customer and respond politely like...We are sorry for not having met your expectations. We are not perfect. But we are trying to continuously improve our service. We take all customer feedback seriously. We hope you will have better experience next time you visit us. Thank you

Finally decided to attempt to make a goat curry, but then discovered the one place in Oakville I've seen stewing goat didn't have any available. Did a quick Google search and discovered this place, and I'm glad I did! The gentleman who served me was informative, helpful, and polite. He helped me pick a cut and even trimmed off the skin and cut it into small pieces for me. Curry turned out great! Will definitely return!
