Since Dr Cheung retired,the new nurse and dentist told me my insurance didn't cover for my new crown even it is because it came off accidently. My new dentist from other dental clinic told me otherwise. Obviously, I have probably been lied to.

I used to go to Dr. John Cheung for my usual cleaning and dental appointments, but he recently retired. Dr. Sang & Dr. Wu have taken over this clinic. Terrible cleaning experience. Dr. Wu was not gentle at all and I had the most painful experience. I already dislike going to the dentist but this experience was very traumatizing.In addition, I paid a lot more than what I usually pay. (I usually pay less than $30, but this time I paid almost $150) My work insurance covers 90% every 9 months. They called me months ago to remind me that I was due for cleaning. I thought oh so soon? I went anyways.When I paid for it I was surprised how much I had to pay, then they explained its probably your insurance isn't covering for an early appointment. I was SHOCK because I would NEVER go for cleaning when I don't have to. They said there is nothing they can do about it because they already billed it and the cleaning is done.I felt like I was scammed... When they pull up my file they should know what my insurance policy is .. I am NEVER going back and I will NOT recommend this dental clinic.

Dr. Cheung is great, I’ve been going here for a while and he always puts care in his work.

Mediocre receptionist and dentist. Would not recommend. Over priced and frankly not the best cleaning.

My parents and I had been seeing Dr Cheung for more than 20+ years. He is very professional, patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Some of my co-workers also go to Dr Cheung and I hear nothing but good things regarding his work. Dr Cheung is the only dentist I trust!
