called the non-emergency line because I heard really loud banging coming from this inside this gmc white work van and it looked very sketchy (there was a security camera on top), they said they would dispatch someone out to take a look. I called back a hour later to check and see if I could get an update on the situation and they hadn’t sent anyone and they lost my report. went to go look and the van was gone. I feel very bad that something sinister could have been going on and because of the report takers negligence it wasn’t checked out. I will say the person who took my report the second time was way nicer, took down way more information, and the police (who were also very professional) were actually sent; they called me to update me and confirm some details.

I telephoned this morning, June 26, 2021, to make an inquiry. The woman who answered the phone was extraordinarily aggressive and shut me down really rudely. I was concerned that she didn't understand what I was seeking, so I requested that she let me have a moment to explain. I was courteous and pleasant, regardless of how she treated me, but she continued to be aggressive. I spoke slowly and asked her to allow me to rephrase my question. She did, but under protest. She couldn't help me and I do understand why, but there was absolutely no need for such behaviour. I thanked her, suggested to her (with a smile) that if she has difficulty speaking to people with courtesy, she take a course. Such a mean woman, who shouldn't be manning the telephones.

It bothers me when police officers are publicly standing up for the bullies. There seems to be a growing number of incidents being recorded pertaining to the Covid/mask situation. In the YouTube video Police Condoning Hatred"

I saw a video on Youtube of a RCMP giving a ticket to a woman who had been bullied at a local liquor store on westwood. The police who gave the ticket was not interested in investigating the facts. I was forcibly detained against my will a local casino after committing no crime. I called this police station and told them a crime had been committed, and had been forcibly detained. The police told me if I had an issue with that I should complain to THE CASINO. This police stations policy is that if a crime is committed against you, they will do nothing and you should complain to your victimizer. I told the police station that the law had bern broken and was told in no uncertain terms that they DID NOT CARE. Because a powerful and rich casino had broken the law, they felt they had no responsibility or desire to enforce the law and protect local residents. Absolutely crooked behavior.

Everyday, policemen face all kinds of angers to safeguard our privacy and day to day life. Just reading some of the reviews here made me to wonder what has happened to our common sense? I mean really? Some of us have so much of an unrealistic expectation that I can't even start criticizing them. Coming from a third world country, and having experienced and witnessing all kinds of corruptions, and unjust behaviour from so called Police Officers" back home

The cops here in poco abuse their power, handing out over $100 tickets due to a lack of a rear light on a bicycle. So much for “True North, Strong and Free.”The only thing the cops protect and serve are their own inflated egos.

I went today to get a Criminal Record Check done and the service was AMAZING. There was no line because I went there pretty late so I got to do my CRC right away. There was one guy working and he was incredibly friendly. He knew his stuff and was very patient with me while I took forever to finish my CRC. i was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend coming here for anything RCMP related.
