I go to the their store and waiting for about 20 minutes . No one is serving customer . Will never go again and suggest not to go . Very poor service . I was standing at their desk , they move here to there and just roaming showing that they are too much busy . Going to this store is jist a wastage of time .

My father called earlier in the day for a Furnace Duct Alarm. The person on the line said they had one left in stock and they will hold the item for him. I drove down from Caledon just to pickup this item later that afternoon and it turns out they have sold the item to someone else.I don't understand why they would say they would hold the item and then NOT hold the item. When I asked the person this, they went to the back and didn't come back out.Very disappointed and dissatisfied at the service at this store and will probably not come back

Very very bad service, they are not even selling the thing I needed as I can see those thing in front of me but they are saying they don’t have it. A old lady work there have no sense of talking with customer. Not even one star. They should know they are running shop only because of customers, they better give good customer service

Very unwelcoming place. No smiles, no polite words. Lots of waiting until I got served, even it was no other customers in store. On the positive side, I'm glad they had what I needed - it would've been even worse to wait just to hear that they don't have it.

I bought some thing in this store I show them a picture but they give me different thing. When I go for a return they say no money back only exchange . Poor customer service I never ever go back again
