It's good to enjoy the experience once, but I don't feel it's worth it to go back again since I would try to do it at home. We got the $126 pkg for 4-6 ppl and it was barely enough food for 5 ppl since we finished everything; we weren't even that hungry when we arrived. The LA Boil sauce (cajun, lemon pepper, and garlic butter) was flavourful, but beware, the mild" spice is a tad bit more spicy than usual. Service could be better

Order:Medium, L.A. Boil Mix Shrimp (Okra and Button Mushroom) and Medium, Cajun Dungeons Crab (Potatoe, Sausage, and Corn on the Cob) with Garlic Toast.Here's my TASTY review.Time:8:30-9:30PM, FridayAtmosphere:Clean and modern. Very quiet for a friday night but again it just opened a few weeks back.Service:Friendly and polite, our server was great.Thoughts:Great experience and flavoured decently but wouldn't go back again for a meal and I say that for two reasons:1- Way too much work, just to eat. If you're starving, make sure to fill up on the unlimited salad because by the time your food arrives and your done with all the cracking, your appetite will probably deminish.2- L.A. Boil???? More like L.A. Oil. Holy bananas the bag is full of oil. I get it, its there for the seasining but its a tad much and didn't sit well in our tummy.Now let's talk about the fixins in the bag.Shrimp bag= delicious okra and mushrooms but not enough.Crab bag= nice and sweet corn. The sausage tasted like it was from a street food vendor. Potatoe, mediocre.Side note, if you like a bite to your meal than go with the Crazy Fire spicy level. The medium is more sweet than it is spicy.Also, who said double dipping was bad? In this case, its a must for the seafood after all the cracking and peeling and for the potatoe, since there is no flavour penetrated deeply.Yum Factor:The flavour was good but way too much work and I left thinking more about the experience than the food itself.Therefore, I give L.A. Boil a YUM out of YUMMY.

It's a nice cozy restaurant with good music, the waitress was kind and helpful. I had a seafood combo with garlic butter garlic sauce and fries so far it was good I added corn cubs and they were both so cold. My husband got sliced chicken with broccoli but didn't like it at all

Probably prefer this location over the other location near Winston Churchill.I'm a regular at L.A boil as I love their seafood boils. This location feels cleaner and is better designed than the other one. There's a sink in the dining area that allows customers to access to wash their hands rather than go to the washroom. Easier to access with messy hands.The food here is delicious. Every visit my shrimps are always fresh. The shell was not difficult to peel and the shrimp didn't stick to them. The flavour is delicious. They always get the flavour on point. The shrimps are drained properly when compared to the other location. So the flavour is strong with every shrimp. The other location, the sauce is always diluted because of the shrimps being not drained properly. However, this location does it right.I pretty much only get the shrimps, chicken and fries here. The chicken goes well with the sauce. Their fries are absolutely delicious. It's my favourite place to get fries. They taste great with the sauce too. I dip them in the la boil sauce.They also have a free salad bar here for their customers. It's all you can eat.As for service, the service is great most of the time. Except that one time the server mixed up all our sauces and didn't do anything about it...Overall, nice place to go for seafood. Would definitely recommended this location over the other. I also prefer this place over captain boil because their sauce tastes better.

Ordered special combo for 10, food was excellent, had an abundance of seafood like lobster tails, king crab, regular crab, mussels and shrimp. Always enjoyed eating at this restaurant!!!

I really enjoyed the food and I’m not a big fan of sea food. There was enough selection like wings fries and spring rolls on top of the Calamari, Shrimp, lobster, crab and oysters. A little on the salty side because of the seasoning in the bag but not bad.

Not what I was expecting. I had the Lunch Special which consisted of : A Cajun Chicken and Shrimp sandwich (which I give 3/5 ⭐ for being an okay sandwich without any exceptional flavour), fries (frozen, odd texture) and Broccoli and Cheese soup (similarly underwhelming). It took 35 mins for my order to arrive...Also, exceptionally greasy.

I was referred to this place by my dentist and she didn't disappoint. L.A. Boil is one of those seafood restaurants that allows you to be a kid again. You actually get a bib!So they allow you to pick your seafood options, select your desired seasoning, add the level of heat (from mild" to "crazy fire")
