Markham Convention Centre

We had our wedding on Sunday April 30th at the Markham Convention Centre and everything they did for us was beyond expectations.The food was delicious, served hot and on time. There’s wasn’t any shortage of anything. They took care of everyone and everything. There wasn’t any single guest who wasn’t satisfied with the service.

We had the pleasure of hosting a milestone birthday at Markham Convention Centre, and it was a wonderful experience! Sorilla worked hard to make sure that every element was executed flawlessly! The hall is beautiful, and the food was fantastic! All of our guests were happy with the event. Thank you for making our party unforgettable!

We hosted our daughters wedding here May 13tg and it was amazing. Sunil cooperated with all our requests and was very accommodating throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond our expectations to make the day special. Sorilla was very attentive towards us and helped us throughout the organization and the even the event day. The hall is gorgeous and many of our guests were praising the function and the hall choice. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend it everyone. Thank you for the great service and helping us make such an important day go smoothly without any problems.

I've been to many weddings at Markham Convention Centre over the past few years and have had really good experiences. So much so that I recently decided to have my own wedding there and I'm so glad I did. Sunil and Sorilla were both so flexible and accommodating to our needs that it made planning go smoother and a lot less stressful. The venue is very nice and the food is amazing. I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to organize large events of any kind!

A year ago we walked into Markham Convention Centre with no intention of booking this venue. Truth is, we had another venue booked and invitations ready to go. After meeting with Sorilla, we were completely swayed. Sorilla went above and beyond to match what we were being offered and offered even more. From the beginning she cared about our wedding as if it were her own. In fact she gave us advice as if we were family. We are blessed to have met such a person to work with for our big day. Markham Convention Centre is a very classy and elegant venue. Their client service also lives up to that standard. No matter what little concern we had, they were readily available to work towards giving us peace of mind which is the most important thing when planning a wedding- reassurance. It's now a week later and we are still receiving complements about what a wedding we had. Thank you to Sorilla and Sunil for truly going above and beyond for us. From the bottom of our hearts we appreciate every bit of effort and care throughout this journey. Our family will definitely be back god willing for even bigger and better events.

Had our reception here! Amazing place and Amazing crew. Sunil and Sorilla were extremely helpful and we had an amazing time at the hall. Halls are classy and very well maintained. The catering services are top notch too. The team is very accommodating and strives to make your event as successful as possible.

We had organized a wedding event on Saturday May 13th 2023. It was lovely event. The service was amazing so was the food. Apetizer was served on time and was available to guest until late. Very tasty chicken wings were served as apetizer. Dinner was great and fast service to serve over 500 guests. Servers were well mannered and served water to the tables and refill them very quickly. Thanks to Sunil, manager, for the great service.

Nice place for events but parking is less.

Place is beautiful, bathrooms were clean. Staff unfortunately were making a lot of noise with glasses during a wedding vows. it also sounded like construction was happening in the corridor as someone was hammering away. Other than the lack of respect during those times, everything else about the facility was really nice for the most part.
