Moved in January 15th and I could not be happier with the place! The apartments are spacious and the building is very quiet and properly maintained. Definitely going to spend quiet a few years living here!

Very clean, safe and well maintained. Everyone here is friendly and the apartments are spacious. Washer and dryer stacked in closet and decent dishwasher, stove and fridge. Pool, underground parking and 3 elevators add a nice touch. Always calm and peaceful here.

My grandma had lived here for many years. Her apartment is nice and big. Really great view. Grounds are well kept. Pool and spa are great, but maintenance is often. I got my bike from when they cleaned out the parking garage. Giant tiger right next door is good for parking or a quick shop.

Very disappointed to discover that smoking is permitted in the apartments - that is a definite hazard to occupants. My parents were originally told they could only smoke on the patio which I thought was great but once they moved in, they were told they could do whatever they wanted" in their apartment

Lovely place to live. Very quiet building, spacious and well-maintained. The supers are great and very helpful to their tenants. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Was inquiring about an apartment. Leasing agent not only jacks up the price by 200/month for what it was originally quoted for, but can't seem to answer questions properly.

Alright when we moved in, but they preform monthly fire alarm testing and elevator checks. Very noisy, and very inconvenient to have to wait for elevators at times.
