Richard and his team are good people. I do the majority of the work myself on my Subaru, but on the occasions I need help from a professional, these guys are my go-to. There's never any BS from them, and they're endlessly accommodating, and I can never complain about their pricing. Richard in particular is one of the most honest, pleasant, and understanding people in this business I've ever met - AutoWorld merits a visit on that basis alone, but his depth and breadth of knowledge regarding Subarus is unparalleled in this city. Thanks for helping keeping my STI on the road!

This is an incredible maintenance facility which I wish I’d discovered far earlier in the life of my Subaru. They provide timely and thorough assessments and quotations which are backed up with photographs. They itemize the work and let you authorize what work you want to proceed with and what the cost will be. I’ve never experienced this level of detail with a maintenance facility before. Highly recommended.

These guys saved our vacation when the clutch failed on my daughter's Outback. We were a long way from home and they were incredibly kind and professional. We were very happy with the service and communication about the work and other issues they identified. I appreciated their talking through options with no pressure/drama. They would be our go-to shop if we lived in the area.

Richard and his team know Subaru vehicles front to back. I have been taking my Outback to Autoworld Subaru for 3 years and won’t go anywhere else. Their service has been very informative and in a casual manner that makes you feel very comfortable with the work being done. In 2023 I had a bigger issue arise with my old SUV that I thought was going to spell mechanical disaster. Richard’s team was diligent with follow up, diagnosed the mystery issue quickly, and put me at ease by explaining each detail of the repair estimate. The Outback still runs like a dream because of his crew. I Would recommend Autoworld Subaru to anyone!!!

Most of the work on my car had been done here, and the previous owner had many good things to say about the place..I drove my Forester up from Lethbridge with a bummed clutch just to have the repair done here.The repair price ended up being very close to what was quoted, and the car now runs flawlessly. I'll likely drive back up for anything else that the car needs.

Came in for a timing belt change on an older Mitsubishi lancer. Despite saying it was their first time, they were done in around 5 hours and charged a very reasonable price. definitely easy to negotiate with too! Would come back again for my mechanical needs.
