Would rate at least 4.5 stars due to the hot and fresh food along with the friendly staff, but the dining in experience drops Harvey’s to 4 stars. Not to say that the food isn’t worth returning to Harvey’s, but no functioning restroom to at least wash hands before and/or after eating makes this less inviting to dine-in again.

One of the best burgers I ever had so far from Harveys. We were served by Mandeep. She made our burgers beyond than our expectation. Travelling 15 kms from Mississauga to this location was worth it. Now this going to be my default location :)

I used to come here alot but the one girl working at front with eye glasses on spoke so rudely to me. And she never gives the completely right order everytime. No good working atitude. One girl with glasses is good do not that lady wrong for the other one.

When i was at the store they started talking with their coworkers in hinDi which I felt very embraced please change that environment we are living in canada so its better if they talk in English with their coworkers when there are customers at the store plus tell them to change the oil because the is very oil is very old

I ordered and paid for 3 burgers, I was given 2 and charged for 3 at this very location. I went back with my receipt and untouched food. They claimed the sold the complete item. It just before midnight so I ignored them.Be careful. Check your order so you are not ripped off

Food was good but staffs are so worse, when i asked for washroom one of the employee said it’s occupied and after 20 mins when another customer asked for the key they opened it for him. This is not the first time every time when i visit this place the washroom is always occupied

Evening staff is amazing with their customer service. The standards at this location are very high it seems. They look after their customers, make them feel like home, and the restaurant was very clean. Best Harvey's location I have ever visited. I will return :)

Fast enough service..chicken burger was just okay. Protocols were outlines for SD but server did not change gloves that she used to handle several burgers which were throughly touched as she handled toppings. Cross contamination should be a concern. They touch surfaces and bags etc as well. Changes gloves more often.

I always receive rude and inconsiderate customer service. the fat employee taking my order kissed her teeth and proceeded to talk to her coworkers. I’m nearby so I go there many times and the afternoon staff is absolutely disgusting and rude. Lack of etiquette and hygiene. Please do something about them.
