Bought my car an Audi, last November with Benoit. When I came to get the car they didn't change the cracked windshield and tried to get me to take the car as is and to later come to get it fixed. Later on I found out that all my breaks needed to be changed obviously seeing that I had to buy from Audi a wheel key lock.They are very sneaky be ware!

I came see them for a trade-in with the BMW 2011 2door. The agent is so easy to talk to. Very straight forward. I just only wish they could have given me the same price like the other dealers. But, highly recommended.

Be careful everyone. This dealer is liar all the cars are damaged with big accidents. Never trust a word from them. No customer services. Especially the guy named Samuel.Bunch of cheaters and liars

I went to see a car and interested in one car, the sales asked me to make 100$ réservation, which I did. The sales made everthing easy for me on that day since i am interested in buying a car. 2 days later i decided not to buy that car because of high interest rate. I emailed to the sales for the refund. NO reply at all. I called the sales, he told me i must physically present the my credit card to the store for the refund. I was told by my credit company they can process the refund by manually enter credit card info while the sales refused that way. I explained it takes 1.5 hours to drive there and if there is other solution to make refund, they dont care at all. So i am forced to drive 1.5 hour there to get my 100$ refund. I want to share my story with people who want to buy a car from this store. Think twice before making any deposit.I am sharing my story not because of any reason on the car itself or interest, BUT the way how to get refund from this store. RECCOMENTATIONS To THIS STORE OWNER: CUSTOMER WONT MIND DRIVING 1HOURS TO THE STORE TO SEE THE CAR . CUSTOMER WONT MIND MAKE ANY DEPOSIT FOR RESEVRATION AS THEY ARE INTERESTED IN THE CAR. HOWREVER, IF CUSTOMER DECIDES NOT TO BUY THE CAR, CUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO GET THE REFUND OF THE PEOIST, AND THE STORE IS BETTER TO GIVE CUSTOMER THE ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION TO GET THE REFUND RATHER THAN 1 HOUR DRIVING BACK TO THE STORE TO PRESENT THE CREDIT CARD.OR, BE TRANSPARENT WITH CUSTOMER AND LET CUSTOMER KNOW YOUR REFUND PROCESS ( MUST BACK TO THE STORE TO PRESENT THE CREDIT CARD TO GET THE REFUND IF NOT BUYING ) WHEN MAKING THE DEPOSIT.

These salesman must also be professional photographers! They can make a rusted / accidented car look A1 in pictures! Two hour drive to look at a car for 30 seconds.. Price was low for that make and model but as the saying goes 'you get what you pay for'

Highly disappointing. I called them on Wednesday to inquire about the carproof for a vehicle. I was first told that they only provide the carproof to prospective customers in person at the dealership. However, he explained that the car was in marvellous condition and there was nothing to worry about. Seems to me, that if this is the case, they would be eager to provide objective evidence for their claim of the car's flawless condition. I explained the difficulty of attending the dealership given that I live three hours away. The salesman took my email and said he would email me a picture of the carproof. This never happened. I called two days later, was first hung up on. Then I called again and was informed very quickly that the car had been sold that day.
