Aside from the obvious physical benefits of practicing Yoga, attending the classes at Green River Yoga has kept me connected to a group of very special women who are very much loved by their instructor Melanie RimkayThis devotion is translated in every aspect of Mel's teachings and transcends regular expectations.

Always an amazing experience with Mel at Green River Yoga! I had participated in multiple classes of goat yoga (A MUST TRY!!) and had the opportunity to participate in her Spring Clean program. Her program was well thought out and had the cutest, inspiring daily emails to go along with the program. She had weekly meetings for accountability and a Facebook group during the program which I appreciated as it made me feel like a part of a bigger community.You really can't go wrong with choosing GRYC!!
