Owner and management are unable and/or unwilling to resolve any issues that one should expect to be taken care of to provide comfortable living.We are responsible tenants for the past 9 years.A refrigerator and stove replacement were requested on September 26, 2014. A fridge was available immediately, only needing cleaning and finally received October 22nd. Stove was replaced the same evening after inquiring of management about stove when seen in the lobby. Under 5 minutes a replacement stove was here on a dolly, put in place with much anger that our stove was not cleaned in any way. ??? This stove had no heat seal on the oven and 3 burners not working, and a 4th soon after, all having uncontrollable heat.Very recently notes have been placed in office requesting that they install a working front door buzzer for us, 2 disabled persons . Won't go in to details. Told it was working. NOT Called management only to be screamed at. Went to their suite and buzzed only to be ignored. I stood below their balcony calling and then calling loudly for attention, alternately buzzing. Richard came out, assaulted me with a garden hose, advised me I was being evicted and called the RCMP. Issue unresolved and I expect that it will not be.Many other tenants have many unresolved issues also after speaking with them.FURTHER TO ABOVE I HAVE JUST RECEIVED AN EVICTION NOTICE FOR ASKING FOR AND THEN DEMANDING. I WAS NOT CHARGED BY LANDLORD OR RCMP FOR DISTURBING THE PEACE.Jean
