Shawn is very personable and polite. He went way out of his way to bring in a tire for us from Richmond. Put on the new tire, stowed our spare and had everything completed all in one day. Well done Shawn we will be back

I called them to get a quotation for 4 new tire replacement . When I called 2 days after they offered me way higher price.. their staff is not used to deal with female client . He was so rude and defensive on the phone.
