Quick service, lady at the counter knows what she's doing.

I am asking all companies please stop make Delvery with this courier. I received call from my buzzer and I opened the door downstairs,he said I have Delvery. And I told him it is on 8th floor. Beside that I went to down and I saw he puts note for pick up. Such worst ever experience. It is happened 3 times with this garbage courier company no respect at all.

I had an excellent experience today with the person at the counter however I gave 3 stars because I received an email yesterday stating that the delivery could not be made because nobody was home which is false. I work from home and we have a 24/7 receptionist that signs for packages. If you are sick or in an accident I totally understand but lying is a different story. I had to rent a car to pick up the package. This is not the first time this has happened.

Why are you guys need to be located very far away to pickup the shipment? As there is a place nearby where I live that you can just drop them off and pickup easily too! Terrible Couriers and Customer Service! You only answer the review with bots and templates. That's all it is!!

Doesn't ask if you want your package left at doorstep. Ruins the effect of ordering a preorder. Cant read the delivery notice because the handwriting is horrible. The open hours are horrible, i wont be able to pick up my package. Had I known, i would've never ordered from a company that ships with purolator. 0/10. The AI is also useless.

worst service !delivery driver is too lazy too deliver the package they just play on the system says nobody gonna receive the package how come i was on my house all day nobody rang the doorbell pls change your lazy drivers!!!!!!!

The worst delivery service in Canada. I will never buy from a store that deliver by them. You never get your delivery! You always pick up by yourself! They attempt to deliver when you are at work. Bad, bad service! Waste of money when hiring drivers that never deliver! They return back the parcels!

One of the worst service.Here is my situation:1) Missed package delivery2) Ticket left at the door indicated to pick up package at their location3) I showed up same day of attempted delivery day and no package (frustration #1) as 2 agents indicate that the driver did not come in yet.4) Company says I cannot wait for driver to come in for me to pickup the package (frustration #2) as it has to be scanned ...meanwhile I'm in front of the 2 agents with photo IDs and they do not want to deliver the package (because it has to be scanned with another department )5) I showed up the next business day and two new agents first say that package is not here (frustration #3). They then revise themselves and say package has not been scanned yet(frustration #4).6) Message from the agents: go home and when it's scanned we will let you know (frustration #5).Last time I am dealing with Purolator.Steve.

Never again!!!!!! Correct address, correct telephone number and present at home, he passes by and then indicates on the tracking of the package “Recipient inaccessible”.

The worst...They never send my returning package ..they lost it and they didn't even give me any receipt or confirmation for my package as a proove.....they said we don't want to waste papers.Worst company and worst customer service. They don't even deserve 1 star
