Our mom has been at the St Norbert Personal Care Home for a number of years and the attention she has received is exceptional in every way. During regular twice-weekly visits we have not had a single issue with the superb staff. Even more important is the fact that our mom agrees in every way that it is a wonderful facility with the very best staff imaginable. Five stars. And our sincere thanks.

I just want to thank the staff at St Norbert Personal Care Home for their care of my mom these past 5+ years. I couldn't believe the love and care she got while in their care. My mom was so well looked after. Kim, who runs the facility was one of the most caring people I have met. It shows how much she cares in the way the staff treats their residents. Thank you so much, and wish you guys the best through these tough times. Handling it very well!!!

This facility is a wonderful place for your family member. The staff are very kind and gentle with all the residents and after experiencing another care home and transferring our mother here we were amazed that even the executive director knew and chatted with every resident. The professionalism of entire staff, including food service, maintenance and the nurses is exceptional.

The staff is so very caring here. My grandmother has lived here for just over two years now, and throughout the pandemic the communication and care has been amazing. Thank you so much to all the staff for their continued effort throughout these trying times.

My great aunt lived at this healthcare facility for a few years and our family was very impressed with the care she got from all staff right from the amazing management to the cleaning staff. The only downside to this place is the age of the building but is that important when proper care is provided? This place comes highly recommended from our family!

From the time my mom arrived she was well cared for. She always felt safe and was very happy to be there. All though sometimes overworked the staff still took the time to make her feel loved and helped her to keep her dignity. We can’t thank them enough for the care they give.
