Academy Ridge at University Village

I have been looking for a property for 2 years and came across this development. We bought a townhome and love it! The builder is very responsive with any questions etc... and takes pride in his workmanship. We also love the location and the attention to detail. Not your typical floor plans either as they are very well thought out. The strata is one of the best run strata's I have dealt with and I have dealt with many! .the strata manager handles issues as they arrive in a fair, professional and respectful way. Do not give any weight to the previous negative comment as they are clearly out to lunch.

It's a good starter house for me

Beautiful places and the renters are beyond nice to us Security Officers who patrol the property.
